This contemporary outdoor metal sculpture is created from recycled metal. The metal sculpture uses gel fuel which is used in indoor fireplaces. This gel comes in a metal container and provides a 7 in. flame that lasts 2-3 hours. The fire sculpture can be used as an outdoor sculpture and as a small fire pit. My hope is that this fire sculpture elicits a feeling of calm and serenity as well as providing warmth.
The piece is made from a recycled tractor plow blade, plasma cut, then welded, dyed with a patina and then powdercoated with a clear gloss coating.
