I live in Northern California and enjoy the ocean's beauty. This piece is made from recycled steel that I hand cut, dye, weld, and coat in resin. These mermaids are frolicking under the sea with their treasures of shell or starfish or other fish.The back is has a d-ring and can hang on a regular picture hook.
